Youth Sports Conditioning $35
Designed for youth athletes ages 6-18 who want to excel in sport, stay injury-free, and build confidence. Classes are small groups of 4–6 grouped by age/skill level, ensuring each receives proper coaching and attention.
Sessions include age-appropriate strength training, speed and agility drills, mobility, and sport-specific work. By building power, speed, and strength, athletes create the foundation to perform at a higher level and stay competitive season after season.
These sessions also develop discipline, confidence, and teamwork—skills that benefit athletes both on and off the field.

Remote Coaching, Programming $225
Receive a nutrition & training plan built around your goals, schedule, and available equipment. Programs can be written for 2-4 workouts per week and progress with you over time.
Regular check-ins and feedback ensure your training stays on track and adjustments are made as you improve.
The result is a clear, structured plan that helps you get stronger, stay consistent, and see measurable progress.
