Book your Launch Call to officially get started.
During your call:

  • Meet your coach and discuss your goals and training focus

  • Review your schedule

  • Learn about the New Client Special

  • Purchase Special and lock in your first three sessions

  • Set expectations for your first month


Your first session will be a mix of assessment and action:

  • InBody Scan (if applicable) to create a baseline

  • Strength training session personalized to your current fitness level

  • Homework: Complete a 3-day food log so we can tailor your nutrition plan

  • Custom Macro Plan: Delivered to you within your first week to support your training and results
