Small groups of 2 - 3 friends. 5 Training sessions.

* Each group training package is purchased and managed by one designated member of the group. Sessions are counted and deducted from the package regardless of how many participants attend on a given day. Whether one, two, or all group members are present, the session will be used.

* If group members wish to alternate between solo and group training, it is recommended to purchase individual session packages in addition to the group package to allow for that flexibility.
